The job done was beyond our expectations and the estimate was right in line even after a change in the roof line.  HIs crew was professional and worked hard as the project was a challenge in many aspects.  We were very impressed with innovations he proposed-he was responsive and informing as to the progress in the project, which had been delayed initially due to the late spring in 2013.   I have worked with several other contractors on other projects on my home but have to say that the professionalism and quality of the work that Brian and his crew did was exceptional and feel very fortunate to have been referred to this young man's business.  MLB is a treasure and I almost hate to make this review as I have several other projects I hope to have done by Brian and crew in the years to come, but he is deserving of Kudos and having a good (make that exceptional) job done for me.

He did excellent work and was very reliable. The price was very good. It was a large area that involved lot of work but he did the work within the time frame estimated by him. He was punctual and took responsibility for any little things that got damaged. The thermostat in the living room got damaged and he replaced that. He did really good work and cleaned everything up nice and perfect. I would recommend him to others because he is reliable, does good work and is nice to work with.
