I wanted flowers to be delivered to a Delavan area resort, while friends were celebrating their anniversary there. Somewhere along the line, the resort failed to get the flowers to my friends. Stacy at Treasure Hut investigated with the resort personnel. Even though the failure was not her fault, Stacy arranged to have flowers sent to my friend's home, back here in Illinois. My friend was thrilled with the arrangement. I was very satisfied that Stacy worked with me to provide excellent customer service.
