At the time of their work, they seemed responsible and we presumed competent to do the work as they had been referred by our usual plumber who could not do the work at that time. Had we realized the leak was at Odling's repair site, we would have called them to fix it. But now they claim it was not at that site (even though it obviously was) and will not take any responsibility. We initiated small claims but could not complete as we had to be away and our usual plumber would not provide evidential support as they cross refer with Odling and did not want to anger Odling even though they have "off the record" recognized that Odling erred.
