Kruger Landscape & Maintenance

When we initially called about the tree problems, Kevin Kruger, who is one of the owner's sons, said one of the arborvitae tree was damaged from the winter.  He did not look at the river birch, whose leaves were turning brown,  He also lied to my husband on the phone telling him the reason the arborvitae was turning brown was because I had them move it several times when they were planting it and that no tree could survive those kinds of moves.  That is not true.  The only thing I had them do is straighten the tree after my neighbors called to tell us the tree was falling over right after it was planted by them. 

We are disputing their billing for lawn mowing, but because we told them we did not want them cutting our grass any more, the daughter, who works in the office, refused to even discuss the dispute with my husband, saying that because we were no longer customers they didn't have time to talk with us.  She also told my husband that because we paid the bills, they would not do anything about the varied billings.  She also would not tell her father that we wanted to discuss our issues with him, saying she takes care of the billing.  We are also disputing their bill for labor for replacing the bad trees.

We would not recommend them for any work, nor would we use them again.
