Frank Roofing (Frank Trewyn) came and did an estimate to re roof my home. Including tearing off 2 layers of old shingles. The estimate was a good price for the job. That is a s far as this job has went. Frank never showed up to do the work. He also would not return phone calls when I would try to contact him. After a couple months he finally called and said that the shingles were on back order. This was a lie, as I found them in several home improvement stores. Then in December he called and said that he had fallen off a roof and was hospitalized. Frank said he would refund my $2,691.65 down payment since he didn't do any work. I am writing this review in February 2013 and still have not received a refund for the work that he never did. I found out after all of this happened that Frank has a court record a mile long. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON NEAR YOUR PROPERTY HE IS A CON ARTIST. I DO NOT BELIEVE HE IS REALLY A ROOFING CONTRACTOR. HE IS A THIEF OF MY MONEY.
Description of Work: He was supposed to re roof my home and tear off 2 layers of old shingles. HE TOOK THE DOWN PAYMENT AND I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN.
