We have been using this companies service since they opened. Previously we had no problems, the prices were good, the work was good, and the customer service was great. Recently, there has been a new owner and we have noticed some changes. I went in for an oil change in the beginning of June and they told me that my brakes went out while they were driving my vehicle into the garage. They told me "you are so lucky that this didn't happen while you were driving!". I agreed to let them perform the oil change and fix my brake line. The price was very resonable but I noticed afterwards that my brakes felt exactly the same and the tire rotation was not performed. A month later I noticed that my oil change sticker said I was due for a change the first week of August (didn't I just get it changed in June? That would make it two months, not the recommended 3!). I thought this could have been a type and I would check next time if the sticker was correct immediatly. I took my husband's car in about 3 weeks ago to get new tires and the service and prices were great. My husband just took his car in today and they told him that his tie rod was so damaged that it was unsafe to drive. I would hope that when the new tires were put on three weeks earlier that they would have noticed the tie rod had been damaged. My husband also noticed that on his oil change reminder sticker that he was due for an oil change in 2 months or two thousand miles. I am very disappointed in this facility...we have always had great work done by them!
