Called a few tree guys out for estimates on trimming a neighbor's tree that hung way over on our property. Wanted it trimmed and done correctly, but did not want to spend too much considering it was not our tree. Dan was calm, responsive, listened to our concerrns and what we wanted trimmed. Gave one price for the complete job, and several alternates for more- or less- work in order to adjust pricing to suit our needs. We came to an agreement on scope of his work and an agreeable price. I did not even need to be home, Dan was a man of his word, returned at the proper time to trim, and completed the job. I paid the balance after his work was complete.
