We are extremely pleased with the results and the entire experience with this company. The service man was prompt and courteous and spent 3-1/2 hours in our home. This company was the lowest bid of the 3 we had quoted. All three were rated "A" on Angie's List. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, and this was the only company that did not use hot water extraction. We decided to try them anyway because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed one bit and we saved well over a hundred dollars.
