Air Systems

I’ve been a customer of Air Systems for 8+ years. They serviced the furnaces (2) and air conditioning units (2) at this address before we purchased the home. A couple of years ago we replaced both furnaces, both air-conditioning units and added a humidifier at a cost to us of ~$27K. We also purchased extended warranties from Air Systems which were stated to have covered parts and labor. Air Systems last came to our house in January of this year. I called today to request that they repair my humidifier which was dripping water, and I was told by Kari at Air Systems that they no longer service our area and that they would only come to service our humidifier if we purchased an additional $400/year “Membership”. In order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty on my 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units, I must be able to show proof of annual cleaning/maintenance. I was able to find another company willing to come out to service my humidifier and maintain my HVAC system for less than half the cost of Air System’s Membership. Unfortunately, I am still out the cost of the extended warranty which they scammed me into purchasing before they decided to discontinue service to my area.

Technician did a thorough job of cleaning and checking system.  This is my second year and I have always been pleased with the service - better than other contractors I have used at previous homes.

The repairmen (2) were courteous and on time.  The replacement went exactly as described.

I called at 10 A.M. They said they would call a tech and call me back. They said he would arrive about 2 P.M. He showed up exactly at 2:00. Romero is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing he was doing.

The technician described the service and reviewed the systems he would check out. He was very knowledgeable and covered the safety features of the system. I thought the services was completed very well. I have always been very satisfied with this company's service and professionalism and remain so.
