Sent 30% down payment for new wood front door and 3 screen doors in March, 2019. Requested installation not be done before Spring. That request was more than fulfilled, to our dismay, since the door wasn't installed until August!! Calls, emails, texts were not answered until they were completed by us three times. When the front door was finally installed, the quality was visibly unacceptable. Again, multiple contacts were required to get this corrected! No apology was ever received, only emails requesting payment. Based on this lack of service and lack of quality, one would hope that a minimal discount would be given, yet no discount was ever offered. This company was subcontracted by Lisbon Door. When we proceed with replacing the remaining doors, if we go to Lisbon, we will never accept Weiser as our vendor! It is a mystery to me as to why Weiser has a A+ BBB rating!!
