Property Appraisal
We had an appraiser named Tony. I believe his is the owner as well. He was absolutely terrible. He took weeks to even contact us and took even longer to finish his appraisal. In the end, he ended up appraising our house for more than $70,000 under value. Both the lender and I were absolutely irate when we saw the appraisal. The homes he used were not comparable by any means. Dont waste your time or money with them.
