It went very well.

The staff was wonderful. I was nervous trying to find a new vet after we had just moved from MN. They were so nice and kind. Also much more reasonably priced than our previous vet and just as attentive. Our 12 year old chihuahua Lou has had two previous emergency bladder stone surgeries, so when he presented the same symptoms as before, the vet and techs were very understanding of our difficult position. They helped us narrow down what the issue truly was, which ended up being an urethra infection. So it didn't show up on the urine draw, but they figured it out for us, even though we had thought he had stones again. They were able to figure it out without doing any expensive test, or X-rays. Antibiotics cleared it right up. But if it was going to be reoccurring stones they did understand and were there for us no matter what decision we would have made. Very kind and caring. Would recommend to all family and friends.

The veterinarian talked to me and the dog when he first met us. He felt the dog and really took his time discussing the puppy. The puppy had mange when I first got him and it took a really long time to get him over that. The vet talked about the mange and what to look for so he doesn't get it again and what treatments to give him. He was a rescue dog. The heartguard helps with the mange and we discussed what to do about the surgery. It was not an in and out thing; he really spent the time talking to me. He did everything my previous vet did. I was very comfortable with him and comfortable leaving him there for the surgery. They called me when the surgery was over and told me when I could pick him up. They provided the personal touch. They told me what to look for and to call them back if there were problems. They gave me all the information I needed to know to take care of my dog. Their prices are really good. I only had to wait about five minutes for my appointment. They were very professional. I will continue to go there.
