Owner is very knowledgeable but overly busy and understaffed. Communication and interaction is minimal after initial meeting to sign contracts. Very difficult to ask questions or get information from company, or get guidance through the listing process. Many communication related issues arose through the process. Mistakes with listing information were difficult to get corrected. Staff did not have accurate, or any, information about showing requests at times. Some employees use yahoo email addresses making it difficult to know who to contact with questions or requests. Response time is slow. Inexpensive but is a self service approach to selling a home.

We felt like we got so much for our money. They have good experience and are charging way less than other agents. I would definitely use them again in the future.
