Saleslady was dressed professional, prompt and efficient. Had samples, made suggestions and came in at half the price of other estimates.

They did window blinds. The consultant who came to my house was Dana Grieg. She was fantastic, helpful, and very accommodating. I have a newborn baby who was sobbing and she was still patient and was very good.

The replacement blind was installed,after Budget Blinds Receptionist argued with me, saying they could not replace the deficient blind unless I pay full cost for the new one, and no refund . I received a phone call immediately from the person, Dona, who measured the window, as she argued with me.
The Company did reinstall the blind,which works properly. The installer, Paul layed his tools on my bedspread with no protection,and when he left there is a smell of oil lingering to this day.
