Abra fixed the car in a very timely manner and called me everyday with updates. The process was very easy!!! Abra worked with our insurance company and made the whole process simple. The car looks great.

ABRA was selected by my insurance company, USAA. They quickly arranged for a rental car and immediately began repairs. The front plastic bumper cover needed to be replaced, some minor bent and loosened body parts needed to be straightened and/or tightened, the rear tire remounted and balanced and wheel alignment performed. ABRA personnel were very helpful and thorough, and kept me informed of progress on a daily basis. The repairs went smoothly except for some confusion regarding receipt of an incorrect replacement bumper cover which was not their fault. The only glitch was they neglected to re-install the spare tire under the truck body, instead putting in the back where the demounted tire was when I drove in. They put it back where it was found rather than where it belonged. This oversight was corrected promptly when I pointed it out to them.
ABRA throughout treated my with courtesy and consideration. I could not have asked for better service.

They have fair price. They gave me a ride when they didn't have to so they kind of went above and beyond. They have good customer service.

We declined the other parties insurance suggestion for a paint shop and selected Abra after reviewing their record on Angies. Nice clean shop, very professional service with a smile. Abra worked directly with the insurance company to get the car back on the road. First it had to be driven to the VW dealer to diagnose the airbag light that kept turning on shortly after resetting. It ended up requiring a seat belt and sensor to be replaced. Abra ran the traps with the insurance company and the VW dealer. The bumper body panel was replaced and painted... We didn't have to make a single call.
We also requested they touch up some existing curb scrapes on the lower right quarter panel and a scrape in the hood. They charged me a very reasonable $100 for the effort...
The car looks great and while it was at Abra, they called us every afternoon with a progress report... Overall, an excellent experience.

They were very professional, accommodating and I loved how clean my car was when I got it back. Hopefully I won't hit any more deer but would take it back to them if needed. Highly recommend.

It is a locally owned company and they were very good. The pricing was fair and I also have taken some other cars there in the past.
