Description of Work: We had backdraft from chimney into first floor of house. I developed a respiratory problem from soot that was on surfaces. This was an unusual situation as it wasn't actually from fire damage. However, they cleaned up well, did a thorough job, and my respiratory problem resolved.

Description of Work: I had a pipe burst in my kitchen while I was at work, and it flooded my kitchen, dining room, and basement. ServPro responded immediately and professionally and dealt with my water/flooding issue. My kitchen floor was ripped up and they attempted to clean the basement carpet but the damage was too far gone. We are still in the middle of the repair process but so far my experience with ServPro has been great, they are prompt, polite and completely professional.

They did a real good job, but one of their subcontractors was lousy. He couldn't figure all of the encapsulation so they got somebody else to do it. Overall, they were excellent. The price was fine as I don't know what to compare it to. I hope I don't need to use them again, but I would use them again if I have to.
