It went badly as above. We actually contacted her first to sell the house, and she showed little interest, which should have been a clue. She did almost nothing to show our house in the 2-3 months that she had the listing, then said we had to remodel several parts of our house for it to be able to sell.
We fired her and got another realtor, who gave us the bad news that our home had some damage and was worth about 20% less than what was estimated when we bought it. It has not sold as of yet after six months and two price reductions.
I would not deal with Marina Solo, ever, either in buying a home or selling a home.
