Called them to install a small vanity that I had purchased to replace a similer sized vanity in that spot. Connections were there but he had to leave and get another tail piece. Doors on vanity were not adjusted and handle on vanity was not installed. I was charged $550.76 for this work which took less than 2 hours (and included estimates for other projects, sic.) I had also wanted him to switch out older fixtures on a tub shower. He looked at it briefly and suggested I replace the tub ?. I said ok (I'm open to suggestions and money is not an issue) but then he looks and says he can't do it but an outfit like Tundraland might. ???? Duh? The plumber that I had in for recommendations before didn't see any problem switching out the faucet....and he didn't suggest pulling the tub and he DEFINITELY did not suggest using another company. I had also wanted information on converting a third bedroom into a bathroom. He didnt volunteer the info so as he was going out the door I asked him....too expensive, he says. Lol. He lost that remodel immediately. Thennnnnn....i received unsolicited text messages Saturday, SUNDAY, Tuesday, Wednesday ,and Friday wanting to know if I wanted to proceed. Huh? Proceed with what? I was still waiting for the RECEIPT! Requested the receipt, received the recept only to have the wrong service address on it. I texted back that despite using their services on and off over the past 20 years I would be using a different provider and to not contact me agaIn!!! Within 2 hours Hockers was calling me. ? Sooo we started out with 5 stars and subtracted one for their $250 per hour charge. Lost another star when he didn't install faucet on tub and suggested I contact another provider. Lost another star when he started walking out the door before he had given me BASIC info about converting a third bedroom into a second bath. Lost another star for 5 unsolicited texts before sending a receipt. Lost another star for calling me when I very clearly asked him not to contact me again. We're out of stars? That's too bad because I had more to say. I own and manage multi-family properties and can use a good plumbing provider. Hockers does not meet my needs and I won't be using them.

After 2 separate service visits I now have a hole in my wall and sludge all over my basement floor and walls and still have a leaking pipe.

UPDATED- Pricing surprise! Hocker's installed a gas line very fast and efficiently. They were initially great to work with. Then the bill came. The hourly rate, service change and most of the parts were at an acceptable rate. However, they are absolutely pricing gouging on a per liner foot price for 1/2 flexible gas line. After speaking with them twice and providing 4 separate links of where they could buy the same product at $2-$4 a foot, they insisted their $12 per foot charge for "1/2” Flashshield Gastite Flex Pipe per ft" "includes tools and other consumables that are needed to complete the install". At 30 ft of gas line at $12 a foot they charged $360 for what could be purchased from home Depot for $60. I really hope they enjoy the $300 of tools this overcharge paid for. Again, in addition to a service charge, hourly labor rate, and itemizing each and ever other part they used, they are charging you for "tools and other consumables" under the itemized caption "1/2” Flashshield Gastite Flex Pipe per ft". I would have been happy to borrow them a wrench, but save yourself the headache and use a different plumber.

Plumber arrived within the time window specified. Although the job turned out to be more complicated than originally anticipated, he was professional and explained my options. The work was done quickly in about 2 hours.

Pretty well. The company had to return a week later to replace a faulty piece.

They came and installed 2 in our home within 1.5 hours and offered a great price to order toilets through them and they work great. I got 2 toilettiolets for the price of one at other plumbers I quotes.

On time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after job. Felt price was reasonable

Performed as quoted. Charged as estimated. Knowledgeable, punctual and polite. Have used them several time for different issues (unfortunately) and have very impressed.

Excellent. The problem was fixed perfectly and it was not an easy fix due to the location inside a cabinet and the condition of the pipe which was out of round.

After my kitchen sink sprung a leak, I gave Hockers a call to see if they could send someone out to correct the issue. Kyle came out, arriving right on time for our appointment, and had everything re-piped in under an hour. He was even able to fix another minor under sink annoyance not related to the leak. Hopefully I don't get anymore unexpected leaks, but if so, Hockers will be who I call first. Thanks for the great service.

1.  Work started May 18th and ended mid-July.  Original end date was mid-June, but had numerous delays mostly due to the Tile company.
2.  I would definitely use Hockers Plumbing again.  But, just like with everything, you need to be involved throughout the entire process and verify everything so there are no surprises.  Every project will have problems and it is much cheaper (and quicker to fix) the sooner you find them.
3.  They helped with design and had good ideas and work-arounds to make things fit as good as possible.
4.  The office staff was a big help too.
5.  I used their recommended carpenter who did a very good job.
6.  They got very quickly an Electrician on the spot to keep the project moving (C & C electric).  They had to come back a few more times, and they were very resonably priced (would definitely use them again too).
7.  There was one major "oops" with the plumbing.  They mounted my new shower panel too low and I didn't catch it until after they had left for that day.  They did not put it as high as what was agreed to (and was written down on the instruction manual).  I could have double checked the Plumber's measurements for the mounting brackets, relation to the shower panel, and overall height, but didn't.  This error caused at least 2 weeks delay, mainly due to Tile company didn't have any tile leftover from the tile shower job and had to reorder more.

8.  Be prepared to cleanup everyday, as the Plumber didn't cleanup as much as the other workers would have liked (Tile guy, Granite company, etc.).
After all was finally done, it ended up very nice.  The Master Bath was a huge improvement, a complete gutting and remodeling.  Replaced fiberglass shower with a customer tile shower.  Got rid of the old style drop-in huge whirlpool tub with a modern free standing soaking tub, new toilet, new granite counter top, new mirrors and vanity lights.  New tile floor.  All new fixtures, double shower, waterfall heads, led light up faucets, awesome.
Kitchen, replaced the tile backsplash, installed granite countertops, new electric matching outlets, new stainless sink, and new touchless big faucet.
2nd bath...installed tile countertop, copper vessel sink, copper faucet, replaced mirror and new vanity lights.
Would have rated quality and overall higher if did not originally install shower panel at wrong height as this delayed the finish by 2 weeks.

Grade AB.  With me, Fair/C literally means average or meets expectations; a good thing.  I am not admonishing someone with this grade.  Quality and Professionalism were exceptional.
First available, non-emergency, technician/plumber in schedule was three days out from initial call not including weekend (within 24 hrs from call would have been exceptional).  Cost of 30 minute job was standard service call, plus part. Technician/Plumber was cordial, polite, fully knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to.  Took what I had done DIY in the past and did it better!

The plumber came in, looked at the problem, (pipe was leaking), and fixed it in literally less than 20 minutes. He didn't make me move anything (this was amazing) and he did excellent work. Plus he was really friendly and professional.

Installer arrived a few minutes late but I had already received a phone call from the office apologizing and informing me that the previous appointment was going longer than expected so they sent a different installer to my home.  The installer was extremely courteous and apologetic for being late.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and proficient.  The installation of the new gas line is very sturdy.  The work performed was excellent.

Work was excellent, project went smoothly, they did what they said they would, on time, on budget, nice people, good to work with got along with other subs on the job.
