Heider Hardwood Flooring

Travis was amazing! I bought a new house that had lots of hardwood floor issues. And he spent a week and a half at my house before I had even moved in preparing the floors on two stories. I would say, after the beautiful job he and his crew did, that the house is now probably worth another $50k. And more importantly, I have fallen in love with the house all over again. Heider is a great company--reliable, honest, hard-working, and great at communicating. I'll use this floor company for anything else that comes up.

We love the refinished floors. The original shiny finish was replaced with more of a matte finish, which will be much more forgiving for any future wear and tear. The natural color of the birch shines through now, as opposed to a more yellow finish that was there before. No more dog scratches! Job well done.

Results are beautiful. Travis and crew took great care of the hardwood. They removed and stained the molding as well. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. They transformed my rooms and I am very happy with the results.

The patched areas matched the existing floor perfectly, you can't even tell where the patches are.

Our experience was very good. There was some scuffing of my newly painted white trim (which I guess should be expected). There was some spattered stain on the wall (which Travis did point out to me) but was of little importance as I had planned on painting the walls anyway. But they arrived on time everyday and were done ahead of schedule. Very little cleanup required. The dust containment system seemed to really work! And Travis provided me with cushion pads to put on bottom on existing chairs to help preserve the floors.

My floors look fantastic. Travis and his crew came in and sanded the floors, then applied a sealer, then 2 finishing coats. The work was done neatly and on time at a good price.

We are fixing up an older home to re-sell. The 3 bedrooms have 12" square parquay hardwod flooring, installed in 1957 and never refinished. Travis and his crew sanded and sealed the 3 bedrooms - they look like brand new floors over 50 years after being installed. Great job! We would use them again for sure!
