Horrible. We live out of state and came to check on the house, windows not clean, baseboards not clean, door frames not clean, toilet not clean. Wood floors not washed. What a waste of $550.

I'm not exactly sure what the issues were in this case, but I DID offer to come and clean it again personally, for free, and you refused. They are very flexible with the time and date and are willing to work with you for special circumstances. The initial cleaning was great. The follow up cleanings have been a bit light and miss some obvious areas (sink backsplash, behind toilet, etc.); however, if you ask for something specific to be done, it is done with no problems.

When I set up an appointment for move-out cleaning, the owner seemed to know the apartment well and told me they had provided services before, the estimate given to me was $150-$280 including cleaning the carpet. Carpets were not cleaned for unknown reasons and It cost me $400. The apartment other than the carpets were cleaned well and the workers were friendly and had good manners.
