City Wide Insulation of Green Bay

Very well done, quickly completed, great finished product. Company communication about times is the only thing I would have liked to have seen improve.

The vendor was on time and worked in an efficient and professionalmanner. The agreed upon roof vents and insulation were added and all refuse cleaned up before they left. A very professional and congenial group.

My initial contact was with a sales person.  He was very informative, including telling me how insulation he thought needed to be added; explained number of baffles being used in new construction and suggested increasing number of baffles from what were in attic to new standard; gave me pros and cons of adding insulation over garage.  He did not oversell.  Promptly sent me a quote; they held to their quote.
Two young installers were very knowledgeable.  I did not understand how baffles are installed and how they work.  Lead installer Jordan demonstrated with a baffle before going up in attic.  Put down plastic sheeting to keep floor and carpet clean.  They had to bring the hose inside almost the entire length of the house.  Newly painted walls so I asked them to protect the corners.  They immediately took large pieces of cardboard and wrapped each corner. When finished, they invited me to look at the finished installation (from the attic entry; walking on the insulation would have defeated what had been done).  Made sure any bits of insulation that had fallen onto carpet were cleaned up.

They were not very good the reason is because they insulated the fill in our basement with form and got form on our carpet. They were never on time and they did it as fast as they possibly could. The work they did seems okay but they definitely are not in the same league as the other people we used. I would never use them again though their price was good.
