Phone Service - Cellular
Initially it went well for two week loaner and had that extended for two more weeks for a month total. the problem lies in the fact that I was due for an upgrade in about two weeks after the loaner ended. I wanted to use the phone till then .they refused in the repair dept.
On the sales floor a sales girl Krissy understood my prblem. She got me a manager who I had all ready talked to. The manager said he could do nothing because the repair dept is seperate from the sales floor. I complained. I want some one who has jurisdiction over both depts. Lucky for me they found some one and it was a done deal. So thanks Krissy. You just have to find the right people over there that can direct. you to the right person in charge. The repair dept could have done this and saved me a lot of extra steps. By the way We have four phones and were customers for over 12 years. I don't think I was asking to much..
