It went great! He was even an hour early! He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quite quickly. I was impressed by the whole ordeal!

When I called Andrew he was very responsive and came over to look at the issue the next day. He showed up at the time we agreed upon, within minutes he knew what the problem was and gave me an estimate. I anticipated it was going to be a much bigger and pricier job and I was pleasantly surprised when he told me it wasn't (didn't try to do things that were not needed). He showed up very quickly to fix the issue, fixed it well and charged me what was estimated. He also evaluated my roof and gave me an estimate as to when it will need to be replaced. When that time comes, he will be the first person I call. Very impressed!

When we found we needed a new roof due to the defective shingles, we got estimates from a number of firms. AIM's price was the second-lowest we found, and we had a much more favorable impression of them than the one contractor with a lower price. AIM showed up on time, finished the job ahead of schedule, cleaned up all debris, nails, etc., and overall, did a very nice job. We would not hesitate to use them again.
