This is a mixed review. The landlords are nice people. The space is generally attractive, though it took a year to resolve heating and AC problems. These are still not entirely resolved with some days unacceptably cold and others unreasonably hot in the offices. The compensation for heating/AC problems is large windows and very lovely grounds at my site. They do an outstanding job with landscaping. The public areas inside are worn and could use sprucing up. The parking runs from ample space some times to full to the brim because other businesses overrun the lot and it is apparently a struggle for the management to resolve this. They do not measure or make efforts to make parking equitable and charge tenants for designated parking. If you sign with them make sure that you have a written statement about parking space availability or a huge parking lot. You and your clients could end up parking in the street. This is not an everyday experience. In my building it is 1-2 times per week in the early evening. The biggest negative I have experienced is that the management will not deal professionally and effectively with disputes among tenants regarding the public spaces in the building. So make sure you have a policy statement in your lease of what they will do if another tenant is causing disruption to your business, for example with noise, dirt, or smells they cause in public areas.
