Overcash Siding LLC

I had Gary Overcash  repair wind damaged soffit on my home.
Although it was a relatively small job, I needed it fixed promptly so that no further wind damage would occur, or animals infiltrate into the attic. He attended to the problem quickly, did quality work and charged a fair price. He even went the extra step to check the soundness of the remaining soffit all around the perimeter of the house, and replaced some loose nails in the undamaged areas so as to prevent future problems. He was prompt, professional and did a fine job. I recommend him.

The winter had split the downspout and it fell down so Gary, the owner of the company, was up on the roof and he replaced that. I also could not get up on the chimney and I could not get anybody else to go up there and do it but he did. He was professional and he knew what he was doing. He was responsive, very reasonably priced and willing to do things that others were not. I would absolutely use him again in the future. This was not the first time that I used him. This was the second time.

Saved the day. Our builder wanted us to hire Overcash, however we had a different sider we had used and liked and went with him. When they could not complete the job, Overcash, thankfully had a few days free and came in and did the job. They were courteous, reliable, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for any siding job!

They did an excellent job in putting the stuff on my windows. The guy that came out owned the business and was a very nice hard-working guy. It is a small business and I support these types of businesses for sure. It looks beautiful. It looked really yucky before. I even have before and after pictures. They did an excellent job of putting the screen windows in. I have an old house and it has really made a great difference. I couldn't even open some of my windows before and now my whole house can be aired out. The guy was very cooperative and worked together with me. The job was superbly done. He was willing to help wherever he could. If I said there was an area that needed caulking, he said no problem and he would do that. He worked with me from beginning to end on what I was envisioning and what was possible and he made all of it possible, which was great. It was excellent service and I am very happy with it. What I like is that if he says he is going to do something, he will do it. He was and still is very personable. He is here today to finish a couple of mistakes he ended up making by ordering the wrong windows. He admitted his mistake and was also honest. We had originally discussed to put some more siding to cover a wood piece towards my basement, but we ended up not doing it. He made sure that he took it off from the previous bid. He credited me the amount for the part that he didn't do. I actually had forgotten about it. Overcash Siding is an honest and a hard-working company. I am happy with the service to the degree where I would definitely recommend them to people. It's a smaller business, but there is more of a personable approach. That is something I highly appreciate. The price was very good and it included everything. I would definitely use him again in the future.
