Gottschalk Painting

Steve returned my phone call right away and stopped over for an estimate the following morning. Steve warned me that he was scheduling out about 2 months at that time. I reviewed the estimate and set a date for the work to start. He was on time all 3 days and always cleaned up after himself. He called me at the end of each day to update me on where he was with the project and let me know what time he would be arriving the next day. I appreciated that.
Steve did a wonderful job-everything looks perfect. I would definitely contact him for any projects in the future.
I felt comfortable leaving him with access to my house while I wasn't home, plus he was super nice and tolerant of my pet!

The job went great from start to finish. He was very attentive to time and was always respectful of our privacy. He worked around our schedule. He even accepted deliveries from the UPS guy for us! I couldn't be happier with all the work Steve has done for us. He has already painted the entire inside and outside of our house, and now I find myself looking for more things for him to paint.

Steve did a great job and really went above and beyond. We bought the house less than a month prior to our wedding and of course wanted everything done before the big day. Steve did a great job and had it all done in time for us to get our carpet installed and moved in in time for wedding day. Top notch all the way!!

It was a great surprise my husband loved it! He had been promising me for years he was going to paint but never had the time. Mr. Gottschalk picked out the colors and they were wonderful. The only problem is now we need to have him do the rest of our house. I have never worked with anyone that did such a profesional job, he was on time and his price was very good. I have recomended him to all of my friends and clients.

Steve helped with picking out the colors, which I appreciated. He has a great eye for color. He suggested accent walls in both the kitchen and the livingroom. They are awesome!!!! He covered everything with drop cloths and was very careful not to damage anything!!! He also cleaned up afterward so I didn't have to live with a mess when I came home at night. He is a very good painter, efficient and I have requested he paint another area of my home for me. I am happy to recommend him to everyone I know.

The job went perfect. He even was able to come a couple weeks earlier than expected which was great as we are selling our home. He was always on time, brought all the drop cloths and plastic and covered up everything. I have a Border collie who needs alot of attention and Steve kicked his ball around as he was working. I felt very comfortable leaving Steve in our home when we were at work. His clean up was spectacular! I will be referring him to all my friends, neighbors, family and clients. He's the best!

Also included in his work, was taking my existing wall paint and hand edging right up to the ceiling line for a flawless, professional look. Steve helped me pick out the appropriate ceiling "white" that complimented my toast colored walls. I couldn't be more pleased!

I called Steve the day that I signed the lease for a retail store. The walls were pretty dinged up and the paint colors made the store look very dated. Steve was able to stop by the next morning to do a walk through with me. He had a color wheel with him and I was able to pick colors that I thought would look good in the store. Steve agreed with all of the colors that I had chosen, except for one of them which he said would probably clash with the carpet, which I hadn't thought of. I told Steve that I wanted to get to work ASAP because I wanted to have the walls painted before I had the carpets cleaned and before I started moving things in. He offered to stop over on Saturday morning to begin repairing the drywall. He explained that the drywall needed to be repaired in some places because if we just painted there would still be nicks and gouges in the drywall. Repairing the drywall took him about 1.5 hours and as soon as he was done he started getting this painting equipment prepared. Steve got started on the painting and I was impressed to see all of the different rollers, brushes, and accessories that he had to ensure that everything was painted accurately and quickly. He had all of the painting completed during the course of the next week in between other jobs that he already had scheduled. I was very happy with how everything came out and I still do have customers that come in and compliment me on the painting in the building.
