We have used Richard Briggs for just about everything for our Saturn Vue. His work is top notch and his prices can't be beat. This time my husband's lock on the steering column failed as he came home for lunch. We have a dealer in Sun Prairie, where we live, but we paid to have the car towed to DeForest Collision Repair. This happened on a Thursday. We had the car back by Tuesday morning. The work was fantastic and at a great price.

They are very good to work with and are very professional. We have never had them to try to cheat us on any type of work. They are pretty honest if something doesn't really need to be done. They do the service when they tell they would do and it is usually done within the day.

They do oil changes and things but they mostly do collision repair. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The manager is Richard. He gives you the estimates and tells you what is wrong. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet. They are good at giving estimates and sticking to it. They do a good job every-time. They employees are real professional. They are doing something right. Their pricing is very reasonable.
