TV Service - Cable
The owner of the company did agree to have a technician come out and re-install the service. However, when the technician came, he didn't give me ample time to answer the door and instead went around back, re-installed the cables, and phoned me and was extremely rude to me on the phone, not allowing me to speak at all. I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner but never received a response back from him.
