Aunt B's Pet Resort & Spa

Staff is responsive, friendly, and very caring. We sometimes had to board Tigger for over 2 weeks. We never had to worry about what kind of care he was getting. They were thorough in giving the care you requested, be it going to the sniffing park, hanging out in reception, or just giving him extra cuddling. The only reason I give a B for price is that they don't take credit cards. Their charges are reasonable and well worth the care given. We had to euthanize Tigger several months ago due to health, but if we ever get another dog it will be boarded with Aunt B.

Highly recommend this kennel, though I wouldn't really call it a kennel as it felt more like having our dogs stay with family. We took a tour of the facility before boarding our two Airedales and they were very accommodating - showing us the entire facility and going over their services. I liked the idea that the dogs were let out 7-12 times a day. The care they got was outstanding. At the end of their visit we were given a report of how they did. Each person who interacted with our dogs wrote about their time spent, what they did, how the dogs behaved, the dogs they played with, etc. We had about 8 different entries - above and beyond what we ever expected. It's been about 3 days since we've been home and the pups are exhausted! LOVE IT! We will definitely board our dogs there again. Thank you!

We were impressed to find the lobby is meticulously clean and welcoming. From the time of check-in, the staff put us at ease that our beloved dog would be well-cared-for and SAFE. Staff took time to review our preferred schedule for feeding and administering of medication. As well staff inquired of our pet's preferences and idiosyncracies. Dogs are housed with other guest dogs exhibiting similar personalities. Pet owners are asked to supply food and treats for their pets. The advantage is one's pet stays on their routine diet. The facility is beautiful. The outdoor run area is large and surrounded by high fencing. Friendly dogs are allowed group interactions and play in the outdoor run. We were offered and chose to have our dog bathed prior to pick up. Our dog greeted us with a smile on her face, freshly bathed and rejuvenated with puppy-like energy. All personal items were returned. The staff wrote personal notes about their time and interactions with our dog. The staff genuinely care about each guest and treat them as they would their own pets. We feel comfortable highly recommending Aunt B's.

I've been using them for the past year. It's clean and they are really friendly. The prices are really reasonable too.

They are a great company. They really were careful and friendly with our dogs.

They have a very big fenced in wooded area. For an extra fee, your dogs can go out there with their keeper and run around and get some great exercise. Because we have 2 big dogs, this is a very good option for us. They also offer a complimentary bath with any board package. They pay careful attention to the diet and give you a full report of anything that may have happened during the stay.
