I felt that these people were very conscientious and interested in helping the customer. They guaranteed that my dog would be trained to know the fence boundaries by the time they left on the day of installation, and she was. Furthermore, they have called twice since then to inquire how she is doing.

You both gave me perfect instructions on how to continue with his training in the following days and weeks. They are very professional. Explained everything very well. Cam our Boston Terrier was trained before they left. Four days later they called back asking how things were going and if we had any questions. I would recommend them to every one !!!!!

I was quoted one price over the phone for the fence installation--$899. Then, they mixed up the initial date to come and ended up coming on a different date-- which wasn't a huge deal. However, when they gave us the bill it was $1100. We specifically chose this company because it was so much cheaper than Invisible Fence (who quoted us $1200). I have to blame myself since I didn't get the estimate in writing--so I'm at fault for that, but I would just make sure you get the estimate/quote in WRITING before you hire. Also, our two neighbors went with Invisible Fence and they got a sign for their yard--that there was a dog in training on Invisible Fence. This company did not provide any signage. So, overall, it was only $100 cheaper than Invisible Fence.
