Quick response and repair of my problem.

Called Tim he knew what the problem most likely was. He would have come the very next day, but that day did not work for me, so appointment was for today. He was not able to get to my house right at the time appointed, but I figured he probably had a job that took longer than anticipated. Which is what happened. I am fine with that, it happens and was only a half hour. He checked out the dryer, and it was a roller, just like he thought. He replaced it, and now my dryer is much quieter. His charge was reasonable. Very pleased.

I made an appointment for Tim to come over to fix our washing machine about 2 days before he came. He arrived on time (within a two hour window from 1PM to 3PM). He inspected the washing machine, and quickly found the problem. He went out to his vehicle to get the right replacement part. He installed a new water valve for both the hot and cold water into the machine. He tested the machine to make sure it worked OK, and cleaned up well before he left. It probably took about 20 minutes for him to do the entire job.

Excellent Service. They are here promptly, they do the work, they don't overcharge. Excellent demeanor, friendly guys. I think it's just a one-man shop.

He s very good. If he can t fix something, it s only 20 dollars. He shows up when he says he will. He is very honest, telling you what is wrong right away and he won t rip you off.
