Great.

Everything was excellent. I liked that in addition to doing the actual work, they sent me plenty of information about how to take care of my new yard and they also checked up on everything frequently. One of the plants had died and this company came right away to fix it.

They started work on the front lawn in November of last year, but because of the weather they had to stop before they completed the whole process. As soon as the new patio is put in at the back that is linked to the overall design contract they are going to proceed to finish the front of our lawn. We have had no objections so far with what has been done and I think it is going correctly. So far we have paid the $2,000 for the work they have done and they are contracting someone to do the patio as well. They are professional and I really think they listen to what we say as far as our need. They have also submitted a number of different ideas which has worked out for us. We have been 3 times to their office and people have come out twice to our place prior to any work being done to work on ideas and come out with a final master design. We are pleased with the process they go through. We are satisfied with the price we agreed on.

Everything looked just lovely. My favorite part of the project was working with the designer. I would work with them again in the future.

PAT WORKED WITH US ON THE INITIAL DESIGN, LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED AND REWORKED THE DESIGN TO SUIT OUR NEEDS. WE LOVE THE FINAL RESULT! THE INSTALLATION NEEDED TO BE COORDINATED WITH OTHER WORK WE WERE DOING AS WELL AS WITH STONE OAK'S SCHEDULE SO IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT ONCE IT WAS UNDER WAY ALL WENT SMOOTHLY. CREW WAS ON TIME, HARDWORKING, POLITE AND DID GREAT WORK, ESPECIALLY ON THE BRICK. A FEW ADJUSTMENTS HAD TO BE MADE THE FOLLOWING YEAR, INCLUDING REPLACING A TREE, AND THESE WERE DONE WILLINGLY BY THE SAME CREW WHO DID THE INITIAL INSTALLATION. PAT CAME OVER TWICE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND INSPECT THE PROBLEMS BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE.
