 + -1 moreBeen a while since I used a dry cleaner. My son is interviewing for jobs and his suit looked awful. I found this provider on the list and tried them. I took it is on a Monday and at first they promised it back on Thursday. I really wanted to pick it up Wednesday and they put a higher priority on it and said I could pick it up any time after Tuesday afternoon without any additional charge. I thought the price was very reasonable but admittedly, I don't really have things dry cleaned very often. I picked it up and thought they did a wonderful job. Looked like new. Now if they could only help him get a job. :)

I got some information regarding the price of some of the services I was interested in. Really not happy that my email via Angie's List was ignored.

 + -1 moreI started using Packard Way on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, after having numerous very frustrating experiences with Martinizing. I'm an airline pilot who is a regular customer, and the most important things to me is that the job is done well and ON TIME. Obviously, I cannot work without a uniform to wear, and while I do keep a couple of old spares for emergencies, it is still important to me to have a reliable cleaner. Sue and her staff have never let me down... always on time, even sometimes on rush items, and everything is beautifully cleaned and pressed. They also provided me with a bag for their after-hours drop box for my convenience. Overall, a first class operation; I can't imagine going anywhere else.

 + -1 moreAll my clothes have come out clean, soft and do not smell bad. They were even able to get out a set-in stain on a white jacket that I did not think I would ever be able to wear again. The people there are friendly and they are usually open until 6pm so you can pick up items after work (M-F). Saturday they are open until 3pm. Great place!
Description of Work: I use Packard Way Cleaners for all my dry cleaning. They are a "Green Earth-certified" cleaner, meaning they do not use petrochemicals, but rather an eco-friendly type of cleaner that is biodegradable.
