They are less than a mile from my house and they do a real good job.  Their prices are really reasonable compared to a dealer.  In fact I needed to have some work done and the dealer wanted to charge me over $1200 but their price was less than $500 to do the exact same thing.  I don't have to sit there all day.  They took my truck in right away, worked on it and did it really efficiently.  I was in and out of there in a short period of time and I really appreciated that too.  I probably would be seeing them in the spring.  I got a new insurance on my truck and to secure the insurance that I had I had to make sure that all the fluids were changed.

I had been looking for a new auto service center a little closer to our house and thought I would try Packard after hearing some good reviews.  I knew I needed front brakes for sure but wanted them to look at the entire under carriage and give me a laundry list of things that might need to be done, which they did.  Front brakes for sure, front wheel bearing for sure, rear brakes maybe, shocks maybe, ball joints. tires etc.  We decided to do front brakes and wheel bearings for the $ amount I could afford that day.  After getting under the car they found that the wheel bearings were going to be  quite a bit cheaper than quoted. They actually called me to tell me this. and we agreed to then add the rear brakes to the project for the same price.  This is the kind of honesty the car repair world needs. They have a new customer for all my car repairs

Great.  A few months after the install of the breaks we started to experience issues.  When we returned the car to Packard they handled it great and replaced the brakes since they were under a warranty and the part was flawed.

Everything went perfectly, as smooth as could possibly be expected. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality and will definitely come back for all future body work!

I keep going to them because of the quality work, the price and their honesty. It doesn't feel like a rip off and it's very difficult to find that in people who fix cars. My wife took her car in when the latch was not working on the hatch back. It would have been very easy for them to tell her she needd a new one, but instead they said it was just sticking because of the cold weather. They sprayed some stuff on it and there was no charge. Their prices are very fair, they are extremely professional and they explain everything to you. It's just a great place to work with.

How refreshing to find an honest auto repair service! Couldn't open my hatchback, so thought the latch was broken. All it needed was some adjusting and WD 40, which was done at no charge. Another time, when I had my car in for an oil change, asked advice on a ticking noise in my engine. Was told that my Boxer engine typically does that after time and not to worry. They even called a foreign car specialist they knew for a 2nd opinion; no charge again. Needed help a 3rd time with a situation above and beyond the normal; absolutely great customer service....and again no extra charge. This service garage is great and will not hesitate to follow any advice they give, as have found it to be honest and reliable!

The person there is very good and knowledgeable. The quality of work is very good and they are very fair. They answer all the questions your have.
