They arrived within 3 hours and put in new springs. Good thing because I was leaving town and both our cars were being held hostage by the non functional door. Highly recommend!!

I called for a quote and 2 days later service was provided. Shawn arrived as scheduled. Looked over the job and explained he didn't know if it was going to be able to be installed due to the low beams, which caused low overhead. After a few minutes, he explained a possible solution. I gave the go ahead to try it even though it may not work. After 45 minutes, I checked in to see if it had worked and he explained that it did. Shawn took great care in making sure everything was done properly and cleaned up when the job was completed. He took the time and went over the operation of the opener. I am very happy with the service provided and I will be sure to contact J.F. Cook next year when I am ready to replace my garage door.

.The technician ( Shawn ) arrived within 15 minutes of his call that he was on his way.
Very pleasant and couteous. Very knowledgeable about my old door opener.
He worked swiftly and in no time flat my door opener was working just fine.
And the cost, well what a nice surprise. In my opinion the charge was very fair and resonable.

I had J.F. Cook out about two weeks prior to replace a keypad and do an annual checkup.
Having a garage door that is eleven years old and an opener that is twelve years old, I do
not want to take any chance during our winter months that I'm going to have a garage door problem.
When I called on Nov. 11th, to report my spring was broken, I had a wonderful service
technician here within the hour and felt very re-assured that my problem would be
taken care of within an hour, which it was.

One call to the company started it all - no hassles, no questions I couldn't answer...it was great. The tech arrived when he was scheduled, addressed my primary concern (the opener wasn't working), did some preventative maintenance and told me about items I would need to address in the future - no pressure to do it now, he just wanted me to know that these things might bring future headaches.
The tech cleaned up after himself, was very polite and kind, and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what was wrong. I would definitely call them again.

Sean came out and did a great job on tuning up our garage door opener/rail system.
It was making loud noises and Sean advised my husband on what needed to be done to get it back in shape.
Very courteous and professional.

My home was built in the late 1800s so the door was a special order due to the odd size. He came out gave me a more than fair estimate and date for the door to be in and ready to install. He came that day and it is absolutely beautiful. He even replaced some bad wood that was danaged when someone tried to break in, which is why the door had to be replaced to begin with. He also reinforced it to ensure it will not be easy to break. He was awesome.

Very well. Only problem was the dispatcher at Overhead. She should have kept me better informed as to the
time of arrival. When you're given a window, i.e., 1-3pm, if the service tech is running late, a corutesy call should be

My garage door broke today and I seen it was the coil that had broken. I called them for service and we scheduled for 7/19/13 morning. Shortly after that I received a phone call from a gentleman who said he was in the area if I wanted him to come on by now and I told him sure. He was there within 10 minutes and the repair was underway, he worked in close quarters because my car was in there and with the door being broken we couldn't move it. He also replaced the motion sensor that my husband put in many years ago that wasn't up to code. And if that wasn't above and beyond enough he tightened pieces and checked all the rollers and a few other things that pertained to the garage door. The gentleman was very prompt, very courteous, very nice, and made the proper repairs in no time. They will be who I call for any issues at all. Over the top service.

The technician was very professional and very thorough. I was impressed that he took a genuine interest in the overall health of the door. He not only fixed the springs that had broken and the wires for the sensors but he also reinforced the structure of the door because it was oldler and damaged, he fixed some hinges and all of this for just the cost of the spring repair. His thoroughness in making sure the door was working to 100% efficiency is what will bring me back to this company time and again.

The service technician came out promptly, and serviced the door quickly and correclty. When the service was complete, the garage door opener did not work correclty, although this was not the fault of the service technician as there was a design flaw in the opener. The service technician was not able to provide any suggested solution to the new problem, as he was unfamiliar with the new unit I installed. After calling the manufacturer and the parts department at Overhead Door Company, they immediately ordered the necessary part and had it in stock for pickup as promissed (1 week).

I called the company about 11:30 in the morning and was served promptly and professionally. The job was explained and I was quoted the $195 that I was charged. The company said they could have a serviceman (Brian) at my home between !:00 and 3:00 PM, that same day. The actual service arrival time was about 2:00 and he completed his repair by 2:55.

The people at Overhead Door are very responsive. They answer their phone, even after hours. Overhead Door was at my location within twenty-four hours each time I ve used them. The worker was very professional and very knowledgeable. I m very satisfied with their service.

I called with an emergence about my garage door and they came out right away. We were not home when they fixed the garage, But when we came home it was fixed. I thought that was great.
