I BOUGHT A REMOTE KEY FOR A 2007 HONDA ACCORD ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO. JUST STARTED USING IT ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND IT WORKED FOR A FEW TIMES AND IT WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOORS!!!! TOOK IT BACK 3 TIMES AND THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY. THAT DID NOT WORK AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! JEFF THE NEW OWNER WOULD NOT REFUND THE $90.00 DOLLARS AND OR REPLACE IT!!!! CONSUMER WARNING DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH BECAUSE THEY HAVE EXTREMELY BAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY ARE COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! NOTE THESE REVIEW POSTED ARE PROBABLY THE OWNER, FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!

Excellent job and quick service. It took a while to order a special part as one of my doors is very thick. When the parts arrived Randy made an appointment and the service call was taken care quickly.
Randy also came out to help my neighbor who had locked herself out of her home. This was an evening call. Randy had no problem coming here to take care of the issue.
