I like them because they will diagnose the car and then call and tell me what they feel it needs. I tell them extensively as much as I can about the problems and so does my husband. They give us the price to fix it so we know that ahead of time. I trust their pricing. They have two excellent mechanics that are there all the time. Once you become a regular customer, which is almost by the second visit, they remember your car and they can access it pretty well. We took our car there years ago and we were not regular customers. We thought that the brakes needed work. They took it apart and said we had several thousand miles before we needed the brakes done. They didn't charge us anything so they were very honest. They are not the cheapest or most expensive. They are mid-priced. They do a good job on the work and we don't have to go back. The old saying is true: you pay cheap and you pay twice. They keep the records on computer so they know what work was done and when. It is very helpful to have something diagnosed because we have cars that are 10-12 years old. We get what we pay for. When we call they will tell us if they can get the car in immediately or what. We get an immediate response on what to do. We have had our car towed there on a Sunday and then we call them immediately on Monday. They get to the car as soon as possible. They are good explainers and they can explain to me what they have done. We go there because the reliability is there.

They are excellent. I just got a new car and I haven't been there as often as I used to, but they are very good. I told them that I do a lot of freeway driving and they knew that with that car and they were very careful about checking everything over. They always explained what they were going to do and would call and tell you what they found and what they would do before they did it so that you approved of it. They would be the first ones that I would go to for auto service.
