I was told it would take 3-4 days.  It took 10 days.  During this time no one was able to tell me what was being done.  Upon picking up my car the inside was a mess, cubby between seats was ransacked - my phone charger missing.  I called several times with no return calls.  Then I spoke to Ewald himself - he promised to return my cable in 3 days.  There was no resolve.

Arrived approx. 5 minutes early for a 9:15 am appointment. There were no mechanical problems noted, yet it took until 11:13 am before my vehicle work was completed and I was leaving the dealership.

Update.. Eric Ewald came thru with with prompt service and coupon book after xmas...

and stepped up to help make thing right...

what i said was all in the compliments and facts i stated above.

never any problem rolling in; never apprehention regarding trust of service advisors. completely assuring and immidiately comprehending and validating problem issue. dosen't get any better than that. Their experience shows, and then they deliver the product without the invoice schock. that way every time. no rental charge for use of car. and no stalling when it came to the repairs. i could'nt say that with anyone else i've ever dealt with. I'd come a long ways to get my work done there. trust is what they exude.

I have a good rapport with them. I have been with the Ford dealer as an auto owner most of my life, for about 40 years. I am satisfied with their services. They provide prompt service and keep the appointments on time. They service with fairly good material. I get few pestering calls from them about whether or not I want to trade in my vehicle right away, and that’s very important. I get mailings. The person whom I consider to be the world’s greatest car salesman worked for them back when I started. He would vacuum out the cars before he would deliver them personally. I work in a hospital and he was admitted to my unit, and when he saw me he told me each of the five cars I had bought over 35 years including the make and the model. He passed away about 10 years ago but I kind of kept up with them because of him. It has been a part of the company culture for so long. I could find cheaper services but I would continue to use them in the future.

Everything went well. I went to the shop believing that I would need a new tire, but they said it could be repaired for a much lower price.

They are very good. They go over everything and their prices are quite reasonable.

I have always taken my car here for oil changes because they are courteous respectful to me as well they keep my car clean. The prices are always great and I have always trusted their opinions on repairs to my vehicles over the years. I have tried numerous other shops over the years with a number of different cars but always come back to this dealership!

The experience was fairly good. As always they try to sell you a lot of after market stuff, I always hate it, but then it's pretty typical from all dealers. The sales guys were great and even helped delivery the auto as I was passing my old car onto my sister. I would recommend them. They were sales folks, but not obnoxious like some can be.

I have been going to these guys for many years. I have bought many cars from them. I trust them. They get the work done fast. Their mechanics are first rate.

They did good work in a prompt and courteous fashion.
