ERS Carpet Cleaning

I purchased 2 deals, one for my mom's house and one for my condo. These included one carpeted stairway at her house and 2 carpeted stairways at mine. The team was fast and professional at both locations. After cleaning, the carpets were clean and fresh-smelling. Paid $199 for 3 rooms, a hallway, and 2 flights of stairs. Paid $237 for 5 rooms, a hallway, and 1 flight of stairs.

It went well. The gentleman were very friendly and professional. The carpet looked great at first. After a week or so, I noticed that many of the stains that I was hoping would be removed started to show again which was disappointing.

Technician did a awesome job. Too bad stain was a bleach stain that couldn't be removed.

It turned out good, I was happy. They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do. Kind of what you want!

They did an excellent job, considering our carpet is in need of replacing, but we were trying to delay it a little by having it cleaned.

The cleaner was professional and friendly, Job was done well, in a timely fashion.

Contacted ERS to try and minimize, and hopefully eliminate, the odor from the various spots in three different rooms. They were able to schedule an appointment in short order. Joe, the technician, called ahead to assure I was home for the appointment. They use a truck mounted system so he installed a baffle at the doorway through which the hose was passed. I did have to shut my cat in the basement while he was there. He was very professional and personable, and paid extra attention when he detected a stronger odor when he went over a troublesome spot. After the carpet dried, I could not detect any remaining odor, which was confirmed by another visitor a week or so later.
At the end of the cleaning and vacuuming, he went over the carpets with a "rake". I also considered professional cleaning to put off a full replacement of the carpet for a year or two. A benefit of the cleaning and raking was that it raised the nap enough and brightened the color so I think that I can put off the replacement even further.
I called several other cleaners for estimates before selecting ERS. Their price was toward the mid-higher end. However, I think the quality of the service provided and the results obtained were worth the slightly extra cost (approx cost above included tax).  I normally clean my own carpets, but would definitely use ERS again for a special occasion or an annual deep cleaning.

The service technician was prompt and friendly. He was able to get tough stains out that I thought were there forever. I will be using them again in the future.

The technician was very friendly. I thought he worked very well although I wasn't really pleased with a couple of the spots he did. I have all-white carpeting and very light carpeting. He paid attention to specific spots that I had pointed out to him. The overall carpeting in general, I can see where he was vacuuming because there were black lines he missed. I paid an additional $70. He took care to protect the corners of the walls from the damage of the hose he was taking around. I appreciated that.

The technician called to see if an early arrival would be OK. He arrived as agreed 15 minutes before appt. He cleaned the carpet, offered Scotch guard protection, told us how long to let carpet dry.

It wasn't good. The quality of the the cleaning did not meet my needs. It just wasn't up to par.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with ERC! I was in a jam because the company I had been using for years didn't show up on time, gave me a new window of 4-6 hours later, and was basically unapologetic. I turned to Angie's List for help. I chose to call ERC because they had early weekend hours, hoping someone could come Saturday or Sunday morning. After telling Donna what my situation was, she was offered to have a technician at my house in about one hour! Joe arrived as promised. He was professional, courteous and friendly the entire time AND he did a fantastic job cleaning! ERC really helped me out when I wasn't in a position to be flexible with my time. While I do understand they might not have been in a position to accommodate me so quickly, I am grateful they did. They are now the company I will refer to others and call for my future needs!
