Air Masters

Justin and company quickly installed a new Bryant furnace for my house this past December. No issues with install. Price was significantly cheaper than competition with quality remaining high. They also installed a Nest that I bought for no charge. I will be having them install a new AC when my current one dies. I also will have them do all the yearly maintenance in the future. Very satisfied. Recommend highly.

It was a pleasant experience. They took their time and did a thorough check of our boilers, cleaned them, replaced a part and bled every radiator in the house. They came out twice in the same week. I live in an older house, and my boiler is at least 40 years old, it could easily be 50+. When my heat went out, I feared the worst.
Justin called me back within 20 minutes of my call. He had two appointments already that day, but I was not-totally-out-of-the-way between them, so he told me he would call me when he left the first one. It was perfect, because I didn't have to miss work waiting around for him -- we arrived at my house simultaneously.
Justin identified the problem within 5 minutes. The part was $15. He replaced it within another 15-20 minutes, explained to me how to identify serious problems vs minor problems with the boiler, discussed the advantages of replacing my older boiler with a newer, more efficient one, but not in a pushy way.
The total cost was less than $100, and the total amount of time to repair was less than 30 minutes. Plus, I learned something useful. I would hire Justin again in a heartbeat.

The person that I always deal with from Air Masters is Justine Shurr. He had installed the furnace and the air-conditioner, it I think a couple of years ago. When they did the first installation I should have called because we were so impressed with their professionalism, they way they cleaned up, how quickly they did the job and then we had a problem with it in November. It was a cold night and he asked a bunch of questions and told us what to do and we did get it to work through the evening and then he came out, he said he'd come out either way. He came out the next day and checked it. There were some parts, I don't remember what it was but it needed to be replaced which he did for free. I think the only thing that we ended up paying for at that point was I just had them do the full inspection because it was November. He said that part really shouldn't have gone because the furnace was only 2 years old and there really shouldn't have been a problem with it. He's just amazingly good-natured and hardworking. I've just been very impressed with him and we have recommended him to other people. I actually used him because some neighbors have used him and were very happy with him. He's an A in every way.

Outstanding! They did a great job. Clean, efficient, and very customer focused. And the price was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Justin and his crew arrived on time and started in to repair the duct work to the second and 3rd floor units. He needed to open a wall in the kitchen area of the 1st floor in order to get at the duct work. He made the smallest holes possible and cleaned everything up. He also covered the holes in the walls until I can get them repaired by a carpenter. Return duct was not sized correctly to pull hot air out of second floor unit. To top that off the 2-1/2 ton A/C unit was put on a 1-1/2 ton Furnace coil. We ended up replacing the 2-1/2 ton unit for a 1-1/2 ton unit that could function on the furnace coil. Justin was able to put in a second return for the 2nd floor unit and the A/C is functioning normally and cyclying properly.
He also replaced a blown valve in attic area which caused the condenser coil in that A/C unit to discharge the coolant. He also repaired duct work that was not done properly in the attic. We are waiting for condenser replacement unit so he can finish the job for the 3rd floor unit. Additonally I would not recommend ComfortMaker brand we had a hard time getting parts and they would not replace the whole A/C unit even though the unit is almost new (lst summer being used).

Justin came out two times and was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going over options with us and giving a very clear, thorough written estimate. We have a lot of decisions to make and Justin made them a lot easier.

They are a wonderful group of people. They have reasonable prices and quick service. They were dedicated until the work was done. I fed them supper because they were really nice guys. I was impressed, overall. They were polite, intelligent, efficient, reasonable, and timely. I was impressed. I thought that Justin Shur, the man I dealt with, was a great guy.

We called Justin and he returned our call the same day. We made an appointment to meet with him and talk over our options and prices on a new ac and heating unit. Justin was on time and was prepared with fliers, quotes and tons of knowledge which he shared very effectively. He was able to answer all of our questions and put technical terms into terms we were able to understand. Justin also was able to explain about the rebates that came with the ac/heating system. He was honest with us when asked about which furnace he thought would best suit our house; he didn't recommend the most expensive one, explaining that the mid-priced one was just fine and would give us just what we needed/wanted. We set the date for installation and signed the contract. Justin and one other worker arrived on time on the day expected. They began the work right away and told me that he thought they may need two days; in reality, they were able to finish in one. Everything was done efficiently and with respect for our home. They cleaned up after the job was finished very well. Before they left, Justin gave me a "mini-inservice" on the new system and how to operate the new thermostat. He again answered questions I had and made sure that I was set before he left. Justin kept to the price he quoted us even though he had to do extra duct work that was not expected. The price I listed was the price BEFORE the rebates. I would definitely recommend Justin and Air Masters very highly; it was a great experience with a wonderful company!
