He gave an estimate for $135 over the phone. I never received an estimate in writing. He fixed the bathroom sink stopper, but not the way I asked him to. He cleaned the drain. I asked for a bead of caulk at the corners and center of tub surround cause it was loose. He just put a small bead on 1 side instead of all three places that it needed. He tore the surround off the wall, not sure why. It destroyed the adhesive from the initial install. He couldn't get it put back up correctly. He tapped it with mailing tape. When he was done in the bathroom he went to the basement. I had a floor drain with drain tiles that were blocked. He and his son put a router into the drains to clear them, and replaced the floor drain cover. The bill was illegible, and he wrote over the fine print. He made me sign it twice, stating that it was just to verify the things that were done, but it wasn't. It was an agreement for the written estimate. The bill didn't add up. He left black stuff all over the wall and under the sinks. I had to tear off all of the shelf paper and bleach it to get it cleaned up. He got nasty when I called about the bill.

They are awesome.  When we get a hold of them they come out almost immediately.  They quickly respond to calls, they address our problems, they are done and we never have to call them back.  It is not something that never gets resolved.  They have the correct equipment, they come and they do the job.  It is a family owned business, father son and they also local to Racine area so they are quick to respond because they are close by and they know the area.  He remembers our house since he has been here a few times and he know who we are.  So he is personable and polite and does the job.
