ACTION REAL ESTATE

I used Samantha for my first home purchase.  As a first time homebuyer, I obviously had many questions, uncertainties, and a general lack of knowledge as to what to do.  Samantha was always there to answer my questions, make time to show houses, and basically put up with me.  I had a rollercoaster ride of bad news, then good news (all of which were on my end, not caused by her in any way) she was patient with me and ready to help whenever I needed her.  I will most certainly contact her first if/when I will need a realtor again, as well as recommend her to anyone in need of her expertise!

Did not receive one offer.  I suggested the price was too high.  The agent did not agree, even though not one offer was received in over a year's time.  This agency also does not advertise to the extent of national companies.  When I asked for comparable advertising online, I was refused.  I then asked to terminate contract due to inability to fulfill common online marketing.  The agent used an extortion tactic demanding $300 before turning over contract termination.
