carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThe service man was very polite. The quote I received on the phone was for around $200. After doing the work, he handed me a bill for $300. This brought the price per square foot to $.35 (including scotch guarding) and then $2 per stair, which isn't too bad, but it would have been nice to receive the correct quote before the services were performed. The work was pretty decent. Prior to cleaning, the carpet didn't have any major stains besides the normal wear and tear. After the work was done, the normal dirt and oil stains appeared to be gone. I was surprised at the wetness of the carpet after the work was done. I know a lot of other companies that suck more water out than these guys. This didn't really matter to me as the house was empty and I had a week before moving in to dry things out. If you had furniture that needed to be placed back in the room, I'd wait 24 hours with this service.
Description of Work: I had an empty house that I just purchased that needed to have the living room, small hallway, staircase and three bedrooms cleaned and scotch guarded (total of 788 square feet plus 12 stairs)
