They never arrived at the time they said and outright didn't show up to majority of our scheduled appointments. The owner Mark Reid initially admitted fault and said fixing the damage wouldn't be a problem. But then stopped doing repairs after doing the demolition aka removing the wet moldy stinky carpet and drywall. They did start to drywall but never completed. Mark began making excuses for why he was not continuing to remediate the issue, none of which were professional and even pointed fingers at me being the issue though I tried to compromise and stay on top of the issue for a year. I even offered to buy part of the supplies since one reason he said they couldn't fix it was not having the money. The damage is still not repaired. Mark outright denies the warranty I have in writing. Contractors that I received estimates from could have had this job completed in a few days.
