Todd was able to take advantage of an existing rock slab, so a poured footing was not needed. Todd also discovered a problem with an existing foundation wall that had been compromised by years of water erosion from a poorly draining downspout, so we decided to remove and replace that portion of wall. In doing so, Todd and crew needed to destroy and removed an old cement bulkhead, and needed to jack part of the house and replace some sill plates.
