He was loud, rude, unprofessional, has lawsuits for stealing materials from work sites and selling and also tax warrants. He brings his dog with ( which I am an animal lover but also believe in owner responsibility) he lets his dog wander free and refuses to keep a watch on it, never seen him offer dog water or food. Dog poops all over and when asked to clean up after it his response was " It's not my responsibility, I can't help when nature calls!" , then he would lock dog up in his truck all day. He would trespass onto my property and come flying through my private driveway ( posted in plain site as such) where children play. Very disrespectful and when people ( including myself) spoke personally with him he was uncooperative and rude. His work was poor quality, leaving visible overlap lines where he would stop in the middle of an exterior wall then start again the next day and overlap by almost about a foot. He would blare his music early in mornings.
