Was great working with Todd Petri at Total Control, Inc. Found him on Craigslist and he immediately responded to my message and followed up with a phone call. Came over same day to provide free estimate. During estimate, took his time and actually listened to what I was trying to accomplish with my updates. Completed work the following week and went exactly as he said it would - no surprises or hidden fees. Since he listened to what I was trying to do, he was able to work within the confines of an older home and make it work. Nice guy too.
