Terry did a complete remodel of two rooms in the front of our house to turn them into a nursery. We have an 1890s house that we believed to have some lead paint, and we wanted to come up with solutions to minimize potential exposure, to add new windows, to rehab existing windows, re-skim the walls and ceiling, paint, seal up an old fireplace, and install new flooring and paneling. We could not be happier with the result. Terry is a real stickler for details, is incredibly considerate, and he appreciates the need to keep costs down, which is a fantastic combination in a contractor. We also had Terry design and build a new fence gate, which also turned out wonderfully. We feel very lucky to have him in our rolodex and expect to use him for some time to come.
