Very well! Arrived for an estimate and completed the job the same day. very professional, polite, and willing to explain exactly what had gone wrong and how he was going to fix it - which he did. I highly recommend this company.

Northwest Roofing did a great job! They worked hard to meet our needs at a fair price. They were extremely clean, picking up after each workday and got the job done quickly. It is evident that they take pride in their work and for that we are very grateful! We would recommend them to others!

David quickly made time for me in his schedule, to do some roofing repairs required as part of me selling my home. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the final bill was exactly what he quoted. He was friendly and easy to work with. Very good experience, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Dave and his brother Mark came out and found a possible source of the leak at the side of the roof. Dave was concerned about some soft spots he found around the fence posts up there and offered a solution to prevent any further leaking at those points. He fixed the leak point and protected the fence post areas -- all 13 of them! While he was there, my tenant told him of some gutter overflow she had witness, so he cleared the downspouts and the gutter on the second floor. While he was doing that, he found out that one downspout was not connected to the gutter, so he came back a short time later to correct that problem. Nothing has leaked since. I highly recommend Northwest Roofing if you have a flat roof.

He was timely, courteous, and responsive. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary work. He even took care of a few wasp nests while he was on the roof. All around a great experience.

It went great. I have used them on the other part of my house 10 years ago and was satisfied with the work they did. I called around and had a few companies come out and measure for an estimate. NorthWest was right in the ballpark some a little higher some a little lower but they had the advantage of the experience I already had with them. They arrived at 7:45 and were cleaned up and gone right around 2:00. Very friendly crew that kept me informed as the job progressed. Very good clean up job when they finished. The price included a couple upgrades that are optional, an extra 3 feet of ice shield (6') and heavier felt which added $235.00 to the bill.

Work was performed when scheduled in a professional manner.  Clean-up was thorough, with the exception of some roof debris which had fallen on the garage doors (which were open during the tear off and re-roof, and took place all in one day,) that came raining down when I closed the doors. Neither of us thought of it. Otherwise, they did a great job.  Superior quality installation.

Dave was prompt and professional with the estimate and getting the work scheduled. The work crew were all prompt and professional.

Great! I called on Tuesday and left a message. Dave returned my call on Wednesday and within an hour was at my home to check out the roof. Everything was wrapped up within another half-hour or so. When the next Nor'easter hits, we'll know whether his work solved the entire problem, but I got a very good feeling from him. I had asked him to assess the entire rubber roof which had been installed 12-15 years ago. He said the roof still has a lot of life left in it. . . which made me very happy. He was a very nice guy and I was glad I called his company.

Company and its representatives and employees were proffesional and competant. Crew arrived on time, work was completed in time quoted, for amount quoted, several small issues were delt with promplty and in a timely fashion. Clean up was fast and complete. Product seems to be serving its purpose.

Job completed in 2 days as estimated.  Good job of clean up with very little evidence of work after they were gone (other than new roof).















Worked with Dave for estimate.  He was good to work with, providing options but not aggressively trying to upsell as some others did.

I could not say enough about David and his brother.  David did the estimate and was timely, detailed and competitive with pricing.  His brother came with another worker to do the work and they worked beyond hard.  They stayed so positive even though the work required a lot of know how and experience.  Many companies might have quit but they stayed with it and when it was time to install the new rubber roof did it with a sense of pride in getting it perfect. They ran the rubber up the house and under the siding.  They carefully pulled the rubber roof and sealed it around the deck post.  They were amazing and their work was excellent.  It poured ran about a week after the new roof and we are so dry!  Would highly recommend them.

Being a female with ZERO experience in roofing I had about a thousand questions.  I researched like crazy on what I need, what the process is, what to do and what not to do.  It is very important that I understand the process and what exactly I am getting.
 
I received quotes from five roofing companies.  Each one included different things with different descriptions making it a challenge to know what it all meant. 
Out of the companies I received quotes from, Dave from NW Roofing was the first to follow up and was wonderful answering every question I had, and never made me feel like any of my dumb questions were dumb questions. He took the time to explain exactly what the differences were so I could make a somewhat educated decision. I was very comfortable with him and never felt like I was being "sold" on anything.  A couple of the roofers I thought were a bit questionable and felt like I was being taken advantage of.  
Dave came out a second time to meet with me and show me some of the items I had questions on.  Also during the process of having my roof looked at, it came to my attention that I needed work on my chimney as well. Dave recommended a mason that he knew and I ultimately had him do the work on my chimney. They coordinated times and what needed to be done between the two of them. His recommendation was excellent.
I was completely confident signing off on his company doing the work. When it came time for picking a shingle color I wasn't quite sure.  It was hard to decide from samples so he located houses close to me that had the shingles so I could look at a complete roof before choosing.
His crew showed up promptly on day one in fact I believe they were early - how many contractors can you say that about.  They wasted no time getting right to work, and even thought I provided treats they waited until their break to dig in!  They were very pleasant and professional.
The job was finished on time, with no additional costs.  I have a beautiful new roof and honestly feel that I received the best price and the best service.
I will be hiring Northwest Roofing again to replace my soffits and add vents. Now if only they washed windows!

David responded to call on the same day, provided an estimate promptly and completed the work quickly.  Matched color and fixed any loose shingles without additional charges.

I have a flat roof over my garage and sunroom addition that was near the end of its expected life. Northwest tore off the old rubber roof, improved a slight pitch problem and installed a new rubber roof in about 6 hours. They arrived on time and acted professionally while here. They kept me informed of their progress during the install. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Excellent!  It was a very hardworking and professional team.

Overall, they did a fine job. Easy to work with and were very prompt with calls and communication. The end-result looked great. My only concern was that they were playing the radio VERY loud. We were new to the neighborhood, and I didn't want to give a bad first impression. When I approached them about it, they could've been more polite. I also came back to find a damaged downspout and some remnants of the workers' lunch. However, in their defense, it was a VERY windy day and overall things seemed pretty clean. Also, the owner did come back for no charge and fix a small part of the roof. It was not a mistake or a problem, but was something that aesthetically we later realized did not look quite the way we preferred. It was nice gesture.
