1st time boarding and it went well, smaller facility for more personalized attention tucked away in the country

Our experiences with Newman's has always been positive. It is never easy for us to board our dogs without feeling a little guilty about leaving them behind. Since we started using Newman's, we feel much more at ease about leaving them because we know they are being well cared for and are getting the services we have requested. I can't say that our dogs are ever thrilled about staying at a kennel, but I can tell when we pick them up that they have been eating well and are getting the exercise we have requested. They seem to accept being boarded at Newman's better than at any other place we have tried.
Our search is over, Newman's is the place for us.

Wonderful. These guys are great. Took care of our dog while we were sailing in the Apostle Islands. Mozart is a dog with some challenging emotional isses. He loves to visit Karolyn and Russ. He is walked and plays frisbee with the owner in a large fenced in exercise area and comes home clean and shiny.

Newmans has three levels of dog care at their kennels. We always choose the highest level for our dog since the difference in price is just a couple of dollars a day. We have been using their services for more than 3 years and have always been pleased with the personal attention and care our family member has received. Our dog is always ready, well groomed and clean when we come to pick him up. Although our dogs has had issues with people and other animals, he truly likes Carolyn who enjoys taking him for daily walks and playing frisbee with him in their large fenced exercise area. Each kennel has high concrete walls which provides privacy and reduces the stress of seeing other dogs in adjacent and quot;roomsand quot;

Newmans provides everything your dog needs except you bring your own food so your dog gets the diet he is used to.

Every stay with Newmans, I know my dogs are in the very best of care.

Newmans' is relatively new, very clean and family run. The owners house is on the same property. The ''suites'' are semi-private (solid walls on 3 sides) which made our dog much more comfortable. Our 5 year old Golden is very shy and has not done, well at other boarding places. They have 2 very big fenced in areas for the dogs to play and go out multiple times per day. Dogs that are social are allowed to play together if OK by owners. Our dog did the best at Newmans versus the traditional kennels. I love the flexibility of their pick up times. We could pick him up early on a Sunday morning (some only allow late Sunday afternoon pick ups).
